FC MMIX debut: July 2011, vs MKDSAFC (6-1 victory)

Chris became the first player in MMIX’s history to have actually been specifically approached and signed from another Sunday League side, completing a free transfer from Premier Division outfit Open University during the summer of 2011.

Actually coming to prominence during a game against MMIX – the 7-4 victory for the OU in September 2010 – Chris was earmarked as a potential signing for the future and after just one training session with the club, put pen to paper during the 2011/12 pre-season campaign.

An attacking midfielder by trade who can also operate deeper, as well as on the wing, Chris has traits such as quick feet and superb dead ball delivery in his locker and made a goalscoring debut against MKDSAFC in July 2011, installing himself as a regular in the matchday squad in the process and as yet the player hasn’t looked back.
